POSTS STORIES REELS

The story so far.

This is only the beginning. by @journeyofspence

I started a podcast in my garage, doesn’t get more real than that. No sponsors. No commercials. Nobody telling me what I can or can’t say.

This is honestly what I’ve been missing, a platform to actually go in depth about things. I recorded the first episode and it is live on apple podcast and Spotify.

If you’ve listened, please leave some review of some sort. I truly love hearing your feedback. It would mean a lot if you left a review on the podcast platform you listen too. Thank you and I hope you guys enjoy the first episode, I’ll be recording episode two this week. by @journeyofspence

One workout. One community. 🇺🇸

Patience. by @journeyofspence

October. You’ve been a pain in my ass but so good at the same time.

My company launched the most requested supplement in a new flavor, stay ready endurance blood lemonade.

I decided to bring two new color ways to the waffle hoodie collection.

Plus one of my teammates absolutely crushed her endurance goal and it reminded me how much I enjoy just having and watching my teammates push themselves to their limits.

Anyways, if you’re racing anytime soon, I design and test every single product I ever release. Every endurance product we have was used in my 100 mile ultra in March. by @journeyofspence

Life will continue to change as long as you’re alive.

The next chapter will always be right there for you, but you gotta end one chapter before you can go to the next.

There’s no rewriting previous chapters. by @journeyofspence

One of the most important things my children will have seen as kids is their dad going after a mission no matter what chapter I’m in.

They will always be my #1 mission BUT in order to achieve that mission, I have to show them what it looks like. by @journeyofspence

Imagine hating me. by @journeyofspence

Being able to show my kids what it looks like to build a business and all the hard work that goes into it will leave an impression on their life that I never got to see.

I’m very proud of that.

I showed them what it looks like to break a generational cycle by the way I live and the risks I’ve taken that were really uncomfortable.

No words will ever be able to compare to those actions I’ve taken that they’ve witnessed. by @journeyofspence

Kids don’t care how much you can run or lift. They just want us there, present.

Extremely hard thing for me to remember that they really don’t care right now BUT I do believe in showing them how important training, taking care of yourself and going after crazy goals are.

I do this for them. by @journeyofspence
