What a humbling aspect of nature!

I love the mountains because when I’m out there, the only thing on my mind is what’s right in front of me. Truly present, fully in the moment.
All the noise from the outside world suddenly becomes quiet, and the stillness takes over.

It’s an urge alright…

What an amazing country Nepal is! Its nature is insane, looking up at a number of different 8,000m peaks, and many other killer mountains. An endless amount of trekking with lovely tea houses along the way, jungles and loads of wildlife. The cuisine is to die for, and the people are so genuine and kind. This has to be one of the most hospitable countries I’ve visited!

I cannot say enough good things about Nepal, you’ll have to take my word for it and visit someday!

It’s fear, avoiding and procrastinating. I hate the idea of bumping into someone who’s seen one of my videos. Why? Ego and judgement… I don’t want to be judged, I don’t want to get funny looks. But I’m realizing now, I need to stop caring about that garbage and do exactly as I must, which is posting, sharing this journey and inspiring you.
Life is too short to spend living in fear, and this is the final area of fear in my life, which is why I resort to bad habits, it creates an escape, and time just moves on until the next trip. I must demonstrate immense amount of courage, and discipline, which will allow me to do exactly as I need to, advancing this plan of mine.
Sorry for not being true to my word, and sharing the downs. That will not happen any longer.

Photographing the Dolomites was so fun, the dramatic mountain peaks, stunning lakes, churches, and how much the colour popped! Such an unreal experience and I’m so blessed, being able to share it with you all!

One of the many things I love about nature, and the sounds it provides; is the stillness, the fact that I’m only focusing on what’s infront of me, now, in this current moment. There’s no stress, no worries, nothing but appreciation. I try to apply this in my everyday life, and am constantly working on it. The ability to remain present, mixed with an appreciation for all of it (the bad too, as it’s here to serve and teach you). This allows for such a more stress free and happy lifestyle.

I wonder if anyone relates to this, do you find when you’re present, everything seems easier?

I actually bumped into him on the hike yesterday, and then saw him again today. Now we are yelling on top of a mountain, with one of the loudest echos I’ve ever heard!

It really is our phones… when you’re out somewhere like this, nothing matters, you’re not thinking about anything in the future, past, problems, etc. just fully present and appreciating what’s infront of you. Peace, stillness, vulnerability, all things that get lost over our phones, interrupted by comparisons, negative posts, etc.
