One last taste of fat food before I start boxing. 😂

Tomorrow we will burn it off I’ll head for a walk or jog around my area get my fitness back up.

Also wallan please please cut the grass I don’t wanna get attacked by a snake tf I couldn’t even walk grass on both sides. Our council is fked.

But nah man I’m excited to get into my fitness journey regardless it’s been about a year or so I haven’t touched the gym properly and nothing worse not doing the love of my life especially with my mental state of mind never take it seriously until I did and it changed my life.

Migraine is lvl 1000 rn

As I was saying just be a decent human doesn’t take much to make a person smile I could sense she was stressed from overload work you don’t know what a person is going through behind closed doors yeah so just remember that 💕🫶🏻

I’m sure her posting it on her stories says a lot

Hopefully she listens to my advice for her to take a break from work coz 7 days weekly is not normal for any human.
