why have more kids?

nowhere in scripture do you hear of children being anything other than a blessing.

is it hard? yes.
is it expensive? absolutely.
is it worth it? every time.

three years ago, i heard the stat that by the time your child turns 12, 75% of the time you’ll ever spend with them has already passed. by 18, it’s 90%.

that shifted something in me.

“children are a heritage from the lord.” — psalm 127:3

this team. these playoffs. i’ve been in the trenches with the knicks since 1993.

the best part has been sharing it with family. my wife and kids have become fans right along with me. i’ve been at my brother @_joaquinpardo’s house for almost every game. i’ve facetime’d my boy @iamcjcody after every win. i’ve texted with family after every game.

this one is hard to describe. after all these years, it just hits different.
