Velocity isn’t built with just an arm. 👀🥎
It’s built through force transfer, sequencing, trunk stability, and explosive intent.
The body has to learn how to accept force, transfer force, and release force FAST.

Everyone wants more velocity... but very few train what happens AFTER you create force. 👀🥎

Velocity isn't just about pushing harder.
If a pitcher can't accept and transfer the energy they've created, they're leaving speed on the table.

Reach out now for that eval to see where that leak is happening for your pitcher

14u @alexia.watson14 💜🥎 This is the kind of progress that actually sticks. It’s not flashy overnight velocity .. it’s foundational change that leads to long term performance.

Improved sequencing and improved energy transfer.. When the lower half does its job, the arm doesn’t have to work harder.. it gets to work faster. That’s how velocity becomes repeatable and accuracy tightens up.

🥎💜 Progress doesn’t happen overnight. It happens when you show up, put in the extra work, and commit to getting 1% better every day. Breaking bad habits takes patience, consistency, and intentional reps. 💪🔥

The little details make the BIG difference. Let’s get to work! 🎯

📩 Ready to level up your game? DM Coach Chantel or Coach Jordynn to book your next training session!

Your arm responds to how well you create and transfer force.. THAT is where velocity comes from.
