💛 Heroes 💛

Countless hours were spent crafting this performance. But, beyond the artistry, lied beautiful Christ-centered believers full of encouragement, kindness, and compassion. Often, when I choreograph, I get overwhelmed by my own standards of what is good. It can be hard to feel accomplished or even accept that I may have done something good. Yet, there is so much more value in life than reaching for such perfection.

The love I have for the people on this team and the beautiful kind displays of love that they have so generously shown me, that is the most beautiful part of it all.

Thank you all for letting me be your choreographer and being patient with me as I continue to learn how to lead with Christ-like love.

Happy New Year! I am excited to announce that I have been selected to go to Japan as a producer for Biola Film this summer! This will be my final project as an undergrad film student at Biola University. But, in order to make this dream project a reality, I need some help. The cost to be able to travel and film in Japan as a student is $4,500 (this includes, airfare, lodging, and tuition). • Leading XOPOC one last time and hosting the very first KINGDOM: Dance Showcase
• Fun times with friends and housemates
• Thanksgiving week in Portland, OR with family and friends
• So much dancing and choreographing💃

Spring 2024 Semester AKA -> I had fun 😊

Junior Year was far more packed with memories and tragedies than I could have ever predicted, but now that it's gone I am so thankful for it. If it weren't for the bitterness I might not have truly known how sweet my life could be. Now I’m grateful that there is one last year to cherish it all ❤

THE HIGHLIGHTS:
- I finally started to have fun directing and making short films again. It took a minute but this past spring semester was the first time I really let loose and made things that excited me. Though the films might be representive of my mental insanity at the time, I can't help but love it :)
- I had my very first spring break where I didn't work on a crazy long set and actually had fun! My family flew to me and we had the best time in Solvang, CA 🌴
- Also, I started to have more fun writing and realized...I'm actually kinda funny 😜 (If you don't believe me, just ask my writing group!)
- As always, Event Services is the best job ever and I got to be the main name clicker for commencement again. Everyone's scared for what will happen when I have to be on the stage rather than clicking the names next year. Let's hope my name comes up on screen 🤞
- Lastly, the main reason I got the pep back in my step was Heroes. Dancing is my joy and Heroes allowed me to find that again. I'm so grateful to have been able to lead alongside such amazing people and choreograph for such beautiful dancers. I'm so thankful I get one more chance to dance alongside such a beautiful community ❤️
