✦Hello, I’m Amy, the owner of Joy & James and the Tiny Shop. I am feeling particularly grateful for those who have continued to shop at or have hosted the Tiny Shop. I understand that shopping small can be challenging, and online shopping is often times convenient and more affordable. To those who made a conscious effort to shop at a small business today #smallbusinesssaturday, I’m so grateful. Whether you have shopped at the Tiny Shop once or ten times, thank you. ✦Besides being a small business owner, I am a mother to four exceptional individuals, aged 7-29 💗💗💗💙and a wife to Jon for 30 years 😍. I am an enthusiastic laugher, museum-goer, flower lover and always eager to try new restaurants and spend time with friends. My absolute favorite thing is being in a room with my entire family and laughing until my stomach hurts.✦The Tiny Shop represents more to me than just a small business; it is a place where I want everyone to feel a sense of belonging, have a positive shopping experience, and find something that feels curated specifically for them. ✦You still have 8 more opportunities to shop at the Tiny Shop before I close until May 2026. Hi! It’s been awhile. For various reasons, I’ve limited my shows this spring/ summer. Because of that the Tiny Shop is STOCKED! I feel ready for this weekend @vintagebazaarnewengland. If you’ve never been ( how is that possible ;) this is your year! It’s being held at the Topsfield Fairgrounds. Saturday: 8:30-4:00 Sunday: 10:00 -3:00 Come see me and 100’s of other vendors :)) 🌟🥰🤩🥳 by @joy_and_james

Today was so much more than a season opener. It was a reminder that small businesses need each other. When larger businesses support “tiny” ones, we all succeed. Nicole and Jeremiah are the most gracious hosts. Love abounds @vernonfamilyfarm ! by @joy_and_james

What a year! We put on more miles, did more fairs, and met more people than ever before. I cannot wait for next year. I want to push myself to market more, hire a photographer, maybe hire help - I can hardly imagine - and continue to welcome all who enter. I already have new product ideas and vendors. This winter, I am going to work on my website, make more jewelry, and add dates to my calendar... Whew! See you in May!! by @joy_and_james

Please join Vernon Family and me for our second annual ❄️Winter Solstice Market❄️on Saturday, December 20, from 10-3:00. The farm store hours are 9-6. Come shop the Farm Store for all your holiday shopping, and while you’re at it, pop into the Tiny Shop and say hello. I opened my 2025 season at Vernon Family Farm, and it’s only fitting that I would close there. This is such a beautiful collaboration; The Vernon’s are lovely hosts, the farm is spectacular, I look forward to seeing you all! ❄️✌🏼FYI - Nicole was my eldest’s Spanish teacher; I won’t even tell you how long ago that was… 😄 by @joy_and_james

I can’t believe it’s been 8 years since I started Joy & James. My business and our family look very different than they did 8 years ago 💗💗. Why celebrate every year? *Small business is hard. *Life changes. *Imposter syndrome is real. *I’m constantly shifting. *Balancing life and family feels impossible. *I’m perpetually exhausted. But….*I love it! *I’ve met incredible people! *I’ve found that change is good. *The whole family works together! *It’s energizing! 🎉 Staying grateful is the point. @vintagebazaarnewengland is this Friday, Saturday + Sunday and the Tiny Shop is ready!! Look at my new Whoville sign I found from @leeandcostore it adds a bit of whimsy. The space at The Vintage Bazaar is INCREDIBLE. A must see. dabble + dollop is the newest clean product in the shop for your little ones! I’m proud to say it carries an “Excellent” score in the yukka app.Shampoo, Conditioner, lotion, Detangle spray ( the morning hair brush goes so much smoother ) and infant balm. It comes in a variety of delicious scents. 😉 by @joy_and_james
