The iconic houses of Los Angeles are more precious than ever. Two collectors maintain their Richard Neutra home with reverence for its past, while filling it with contemporary art that speaks to its future. “The house owns us,” says @joy_cat of her and her husband @albertochehebar’s residence, the 1949 Wirin House in Los Feliz, California.

A post to my amazing husband @albertochehebar on his birthday. I’m so happy for you, for choosing the path of commitment, sobriety, honesty, generosity and unconditional love. I’m grateful to wake up every morning next to you and walk hand in hand this life in awareness and presence. Love forever 🤍✨♾️ taken in Los Feliz by @joy_cat
