Hi, I’m Joy. 👋

Your favorite Virtual Assistant, I help real estate photographers stay organized, save time, and focus more on photography.

From client communication and follow-ups to social media support and admin tasks, I help take care of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a business running.

I know that as bookings grow, so do the emails, scheduling, follow-ups, and daily tasks. My goal is to help you spend less time managing everything and more time doing what you do best.

I’m excited to work with you and share tips on lead generation, client communication, and business growth.

If you’re a real estate photographer, I’d love to connect. 📸

Are you overwhelmed with bookings? You might just need more help managing the ones you already have.

Think about how much happens after a client books you.

Messages to answer.
Shoots to keep track of.
Editors to follow up with.
Photos to check.
Galleries to deliver.
Agents to follow up with.
And then there’s your actual photography work.

That’s where having a VA can make a difference.

I can help with the day-to-day things that keep pulling you away from your work, client communication, scheduling, outreach, follow-ups, editor coordination, QC, delivery, file organization and admin.

So instead of trying to squeeze all of that into your already busy day, you have someone helping keep things moving.

You get more time to focus on your shoots, your clients, and growing your business.

You reach out to an agent.
They’re nice. They like your work.
Then they say, “I’ll keep you in mind.”

And that’s where a lot of conversations stop.

Not every agent is going to need a photographer right away. Sometimes they already have a photographer, or they just don’t have a listing coming up.

That doesn’t mean you should forget about them.

Keep track of the conversation. Check in later. Engage with their listings. Stay on their radar without constantly asking for a booking.

Because when they finally do need someone, you want them to remember you.

That follow-up is something I can help you stay on top of.

Your outreach shouldn’t stop just because you got busy.

I get it.

You have shoots to handle, photos to deliver, clients to reply to, and alot of other things going on.

So the agents you planned to reach out to this week? They get pushed to next week.

Then next week gets busy too.

Before you know it, you haven’t reached out to anyone new in a while.

I can research agents, reach out to them, keep up with conversations, follow up when needed, and keep everything organized so you’re not starting over every time you have a slow week.

You don’t have to spend your time doing all of that.

I can keep the conversations going while you focus on your photography.

Send a DM to get started.

What happens when a client has to keep asking for updates?

“Any update on this?”

“Is everything ready?”

Those messages might seem harmless, but if clients constantly have to ask what’s happening, it can make your business feel less organized than it actually is.

Good operations means staying ahead of those questions.

Keeping track of projects.

Knowing what stage each one is at.

Following up when something is delayed.

And keeping the client informed before they have to ask.

Because good client service isn’t only about the quality of the photos.

It’s also about how easy you make the whole process for the client.

Your business shouldn’t stop when you’re unavailable.

You’re out shooting.
You’re taking a day off.
Or maybe you’re just trying to step away from your laptop for a few hours.

But there are still clients waiting for responses, projects that need attention, editors to follow up with, and deliveries that need to go out.

If everything has to wait until you’re available again, you’re still carrying the whole business on your shoulders.

Having someone you trust to help with the operations means things can keep moving even when you’re not there to handle every little task.

That can be responding to clients, checking on projects, following up with editors, keeping track of deadlines, or making sure deliveries are handled.

You should be able to step away without feeling like everything is going to pile up while you’re gone.

Your business can look busy on the outside and still be disorganized behind the scenes.

You can have bookings coming in and still have things slipping through.

A client wasn’t followed up with.

A shoot detail wasn’t passed along.

Your editor didn’t get the right instructions.

Your Photos and Videos are ready, but nobody has checked it yet.

A delivery is sitting there because one small step was missed.

These things don’t always feel like big problems individually.

But when they keep happening, they take up your time, create unnecessary back and forth, and eventually affect the client experience.

That’s why operations are more than just keeping a calendar.

It’s having someone who understands how your workflow moves from one step to the next, keeps track of what needs to happen, and steps in before something gets missed.

A well run business isn’t just about getting more work. It’s about being able to handle the work you already have well.

There’s usually a little more communication around a delivery than just sending a link.

Letting the agent know the photos are ready.

Answering a quick question.

Checking that they received everything.

And following up if there’s anything they need.

These things might seem small, but they make the whole process feel much smoother for the agent.

I can handle the communication before and after delivery, keep agents updated, and make sure they’re not left wondering what’s happening with their photos or videos.

You focus on the shoot.

I’ll help keep the communication moving behind the scenes.

Are you turning down work because you simply can’t take on any more?

Sometimes the problem isn’t getting enough bookings.

It’s having too much on your plate to handle them properly.

More shoots mean more communication, more files, more coordination, more deliveries, and more things that need to be checked.

That’s when having operational support becomes important.

I can help take care of the behind-the-scenes work, keep projects organized, coordinate with the people involved, and help keep things moving as your workload grows.

You shouldn’t have to turn away good opportunities just because there aren’t enough hours in your day.

Growth is great. Having the support to handle it is even better.

When your business grows, it’s time to hire an operations lead.

As your workload increases, it becomes harder to manage everything yourself.

Client communication, scheduling, editor coordination, quality control, deliveries, follow-ups, and all the small tasks that keep your business running can quickly become overwhelming.

I can help bring structure to all of it.

I’ll oversee the day-to-day workflow, keep projects moving, coordinate with your team, monitor deadlines, and make sure important details don’t get overlooked.

You should be able to focus on shooting, serving your clients, and growing your business without having to personally manage every moving part.

Good operations support doesn’t just save you time, it helps your business run better.

You might have more leads than you think.

Sometimes the problem isn’t finding new agents.

It’s what happens to the clients you’ve already talked to.

A client replied to your DM a few weeks ago.
A client asked about your pricing.
A client said they’d keep you in mind.
A client followed you but never responded.

That’s where keeping track of your leads really matters.

Knowing who you’ve contacted, where the conversation stopped, and who needs a follow up means you’re not starting from zero every time you need more bookings.

Lead generation is also about managing the leads you already have.

Quality control isn’t just checking photos or videos, it’s catching the little things.

A photo or video that needs a small correction.

An image that’s out of order.

Something that doesn’t quite follow the editing brief.

It might seem minor, but those little details can make a difference when the final work is going to an agent.

And when you’re shooting several properties a week, you may not always have the time to sit down and go through every image carefully.

I can review your finished work, check them against your instructions, flag anything that needs attention, and make sure everything is ready before delivery.

Because when your name is on the work, the little details matter.
