Human Design is a system for understanding your behavior with far more precision than most people ever experience. Most people are just guessing, guessing which behaviors are actually correct for them and which ones were never theirs in the first place. These drills, taught to me by my good friend and colleague Nathan Nussbaum @movmed, which I then apply through a human design, lens to give me a physical way to reorganize those patterns in the body before they run the show. Instead of letting old compensation loops take over, I train my nervous system to show up from inner authority calm, grounded, and aligned.

I’m currently using these drills before boxing to stabilize my Open Heart center so my Solar Plexus leads instead. The result? Clearer decisions, sharper timing, stronger presence, and training that actually builds instead of drains.
