Oh to be a girl, who still gives the benefits of doubt...

Oh to be a girl, who still has hope in the human race...

Oh to be a girl who still believes that because she got it wrong the first time doesn't mean she won't get it right at the next try.

Oh to be a girl who will never repay wrong with wrong or right with wrong..

Oh to be the girl who still believes that my significant other, is just somewhere around the corner and in a blink of an eye, fate could bring us together.

Oh to be the girl who is born to be a hopeless romantic, kind, forgiving and loving that no matter how cruel the world gets it will never strip my uniqueness and personality off me.

EARTHLY POSSESSIONS ARE TEMPORARY, BUT SALVATION IS ETERNAL...

Reading the Bible literally has led to many misinterpretations in the mind of some new believers or even unbelievers and here is why;

Over time, I have realized that sometimes we find it difficult to learn or understand certain things because we have refused to let go of old beliefs and explore new ideas, new perspectives, and a different modus operandi.

I had a rhema the other night from the book of
Matthew 8:31–32 (NKJV)

And it says, "So the demons begged Him, saying, "If You cast us out, permit us to go away into the herd of swine."

And He said to them, "Go." So when they had come out, they went into the herd of swine. And suddenly the whole herd of swine ran violently down the steep place into the sea and perished in the water.

What do you think someone who doesn't believe would make of this?

Of course, it wouldn't make sense to them. Why would mere demons be negotiating with Jesus?

To them, it may seem senseless that He agreed to their request and ended up casting them into a herd of swine, which was obviously someone's source of livelihood.

But I got a different interpretation of the passage because my mode of reception is different...

When your mind is open, you see things more clearly. You listen to learn, not to defend your ignorance.

Trust me, nothing else will make sense to you once you have already drawn your conclusion in your mind. And mind you, you could be wrong.

"Pride is the reason why people are trapped in the web of ignorance." When you let go of pride, you create room to think, digest, compare, and be honest with yourself before concluding that something doesn't make sense.

I learned from the above biblical passage that worldly possessions are temporary, while salvation and redemption are eternal.

What you worked hard for in this world can crumble in the blink of an eye, but whom the Son has set free is free indeed.

Jesus can go to any length just to redeem us and bring us back into friendship and fellowship with Him.
You can lose anything on this side of eternity, but being saved, or helping others get saved, is a great achievement.

As a human being and most especially men, if you can tame your lu.st and not go after it, you have defeated 80 percent of your life's problems .

This is a story time on how God saved me from being gra-p-ped from someone I thought, I could trust..
