I was once told that my heart was going to be my downfall… but I refuse to believe that loving people deeply could ever be a weakness.

God calls us to love. He IS love. And if there’s one thing I never want this world to change about me, it’s my ability to give love freely.
I say “I love y’all” so much because I mean it. Some people don’t hear “I love you” often, and you truly never know who needs to hear those words.

So say it. Say it often. Say it back. Love on your people while you have them.

When was the last time you told somebody you love them? And when was the last time somebody said it to you? 🥹
Tag somebody who needs to hear it today and tell them right here. 🫶🏽

There’s something so beautiful about becoming a woman you’re proud of. I’m entering this year softer, wiser, more confident, and so deeply grateful for the life God has given me.

I’ve grown, I’ve healed, I’ve loved, I’ve learned, and somewhere along the way, I started becoming more of me.

31 feels like peace. It feels like love. It feels like stepping into everything God has been preparing me for.

Healing isn’t always about walking away. Sometimes it’s about becoming healthy enough to properly love the people God placed in your life.

Everybody isn’t replaceable. Some people are assigned to love you, grow with you, challenge you, and experience different versions of life with you.

Don’t let unhealed parts of you mishandle healthy love. Do the work so you can recognize it, receive it, and maintain it when it comes. 🌱 by @joylashawnn

They doubted. They talked. They said it wouldn’t happen. But what God has for me was never dependent on who believed in me.

Sometimes you have to keep going with nothing but faith and the vision God gave YOU. One day, the same thing they doubted will be the proof that God was working the whole time.
