A reminder we all need: health is not a body type. Body shaming can damage self-worth and mental health. Stop looking at people with analysis intent-- as long as you can't create a human being you have no right to judge their bodies. Stop body shaming women!!

The last time Nigeria experienced the rainy season was likely in 2018. Climate change is a reality, and the unfortunate truth is that the situation will deteriorate unless we take action. Yesterday, while traveling through Lagos during rainfall, I observed that the Lagos-Oshodi expressway was beginning to flood. If the rain had persisted, commuters would have faced severe traffic congestion on their way home from work. The reason minor rainfall results in flooding is primarily due to the improper disposal of waste products. Nigerians can be challenging to manage, with the majority claiming "it is not my responsibility, let the government fix it" to the one that'll wait patiently until midnight to subtly dump their refuse on the roads.

It is appalling, and if we continue like this, we are in for a major disaster in the long run. Let us start now to clear out our gutters, dispose waste properly and keep our environments clean. With these easy but appropriate measures, we'd definitely overcome serious floods in our neighborhood and environs.

Going through 2024 was like surviving a war as a rookie soldier. I had no clue what happened, but in the neck of it, i found myself gasping for air.
I could barely sustain myself, it was a rollercoaster ride.

Nonetheless, here i am looking like a fairy little princess who's got nothing but roses and ribbons in her garden.
I am thankful for 2025.

I love that I'm able to holistically look after my health and general wellbeing, constantly holding unto the universe and good spirits for the little lights that are guiding my way.

May it be unto us in abundance; Joy, love, peace, tranquility and complete awareness of self and the ability to bask in the immeasurable grace of God.🙏❤️
