WE BOUGHT OUR FIRST HOUSE!! 🏡✨

The moment we walked into our newly construction home, we immediately knew this space was something really special.

The housing market right now is absolutely insane, but God provided above & beyond what we had hoped for. He made it incredibly clear SO many times throughout the process that this space was meant to be ours!! 😇

We truly can’t wait for all the family gatherings, get togethers with friends & neighbors, & memories we’ll make here. We bought with the intention of this being an investment property when/if we move out of the area (PCS) but we plan to enjoy it for the foreseeable future & I really can’t begin to explain how excited I am to share the process of really personalizing this space. 🥰

I also can’t say enough AMAZING things about Kuya Wilmar @wilcrai6 . He truly is the best of the best & really made this entire process from start to finish enjoyable & stress free, even with some big challenges along the way!

Without a doubt, the ease of this whole experience is largely due to his & we can’t recommend him enough to anyone looking to buy in Virginia! 🇺🇸🫶🏻
