I've been sitting on this announcement for a little while.

Not because I wasn't excited...but because fear kept whispering, "What if something changes?"

Then the Lord reminded me:
Don't let fear delay what I've asked you to do.

And I smiled.
Because here I am encouraging others to believe again...while being given another opportunity to live that message myself.

So today, I'm taking the next step in faith.

The camera was still rolling and captured this beautiful moment. 💙

Before Ben and I recorded, we prayed and asked the Lord to help us find the words. We hadn’t scripted or rehearsed the conversation. What you watched was one take—and it came out better than either of us could have imagined.

Afterward, we just began thanking Him. That’s what the camera captured here.

“I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.”
—Psalm 121:1–2 NIV

God personally gave me this Scripture, and I live it. As I walk in destiny, I am experiencing what it means to have the Lord as my helper.

I believe people have connected so deeply with that conversation because the Holy Spirit helped us share it. And I wanted you to see this part, too—our gratitude to the One who helped us.

Have you ever walked through something painful and wondered whether anything purposeful could possibly come from it?

After two unexpected hip surgeries, Jessica Gawron entered a journey that became about more than physical recovery. God used that season to lead her toward the purpose she was always meant to walk in.

Jessica realized her gifts for connection and community were meant to help others find clarity, access resources, and remember they are not alone. From that calling, @flourish_throughfear was born.

Her story connected with me deeply because I know what it means to watch God take pain, disappointment, betrayal, setbacks, and discouragement—and use them to birth something that renews hope in others.

That is why I am honored to announce Jessica as a panelist on the Believe Again War Council! ⚔️

She will share from her journey of moving from pain to purpose and becoming a bridge for people navigating seasons of transition.

Flourish Through Fear will also join us as a featured vendor, sharing resources and information about Guided Support—support that meets you where you are and helps you move toward the purpose and calling waiting on the other side.

GOOD MORNING!!! ☀️❤️

“This is the day that the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.”

📖 Psalm 118:24

That is more than a Scripture I quote. It’s a practice for me.

Some mornings, I wake up and feel heaviness trying to greet me before my feet even touch the floor.

And I’m like, “Uh-uh. I’m not carrying this all day. It’s a no for me.” 😂

So I begin to rejoice.

I laugh.

I get silly.

I play music.

I remind myself that this day came from God, and I make an intentional decision to welcome the joy that is already available to me.

Before I recorded this video, I was on my way to a meeting when I suddenly had a moment:

“Wait a minute, Lord…I’m on my way to a meeting. I have meetings now! When did this happen?” 😂

There was a time when nobody was calling me for anything.

You remember The Temptations?

“Ain’t nobody come to see you, Otis!” 😂😂😂

Baby, I was Otis!

But now people are calling. Doors are opening. I’m being invited into rooms. The gifts God placed inside of me are making room for me.

And that is why I recorded this video.

Not simply to tell you where I am now, but to remind you that where you are now is not necessarily where you will always be.

Sometimes, when nothing appears to be happening, it can feel like nothing will EVER happen.

But keep showing up.

Keep being faithful.

Keep honoring what God has placed in your hands.

Keep taking the next step, even when it feels small and nobody appears to be watching.

One day, you may look up in the middle of your ordinary life and realize:

Wait a minute…

Things have changed.

The prayers are unfolding.

The doors are opening.

The thing you remained faithful to in private is beginning to make room for you in public.

So if you feel like Otis right now, baby, keep going. 😂❤️

Your current season is not your final destination.

And while you wait, do not let heaviness take possession of the day God gave you.

Rejoice.

Be glad.

Leap for joy.

Laugh.

Be silly.

Play something that makes your heart feel lighter.

Do something that reconnects you with joy.

And hold on to it.

I’m back like I never left!!! 💙

I told y’all I would be back to share more about what happened at the Empower and Rise Gala.

I didn’t want the Believe Again table to simply offer information. I wanted to invite people into transformation.

Some people cried.
Some people laughed.
And people left knowing they were seen, heard, remembered, and affirmed by God.

They did not leave the same.

That is the fruit of the Believe Again Experience—and the transformation continues on October 31.

Come as you are.

But know this: you will never be the same.
