People have relationships with substances and behaviors for many different reasons.

Those relationships have the potential to bring us joy, or take it away.

If someone is torn between wanting to change a relationship with a substance or behavior in their life, I can support that exploration process.

and when someone decides they want to change one of those relationships - whether that looks like a slight adjustment or ending it all together -

I can help identify the steps to take to move in the direction they want to go.
