🧈 BUTTER 美瑛放牧酪農場 แพนเค้กก้อนเนยยักษ์ที่ไม่ควรพลาดถ้ามาโตเกียว

ถ้าพูดถึงหนึ่งในร้านใน Instagram ที่เป็น Viral ที่สุดในโตเกียว ต้องพูดถึงร้านนี้ก่อนเลย

โดย Highlight ของร้านนี้คือ เนย !

เพราะร้านนี้เขามีเนยที่ไม่เหมือนใคร โดยฟาร์มต้นทางอยู่ที่เมือง Biei ฮอกไกโด เลี้ยงวัว 4 สายพันธุ์รวมกว่า 120 ตัว แบบปล่อยทุ่งตลอดปี กินหญ้าธรรมชาติ ไม่มีกรงขัง นมที่ได้จึงมีความหอมและมีมิติของรสชาติที่แตกต่างออกไปจากนมทั่วไปมาก

สำหรับทริปนี้เรา สั่งมา 3 เมนู ซึ่งบอกเลยว่าดีทุกจาน

1) Pancake ¥2,420

เริ่มจาก แพนเค้ก 3 แผ่นซ้อนกันสีน้ำตาลทองสม่ำเสมอทุกแผ่น อบบนกระทะทองแดง มาพร้อมกับ Salted Butter 100g ทั้งก้อนวางข้างจาน พอแกะก้อนเนยแล้ววางลงบนแพนเค้กร้อนๆ เนยค่อย ๆ ละลายซึมเข้าแป้ง กลิ่นหอมนมสดโชยขึ้นมาทันที คำแรกที่กัด นุ่มมาก หอมเนย และหวานละมุนจากแป้งในตัวเอง ไม่ต้องราดน้ำเชื่อมเพิ่มเลยสักหยด ความ salted ของเนยช่วย balance รสหวานได้ดีมาก

ทุกคำรู้สึกว่ากำลังกินอะไรบางอย่างที่ดีกว่าแพนเค้กที่เคยกินมาทั้งชีวิต เนยที่เหลือจากจาน เอากลับบ้านได้ในถุงเก็บความเย็นพิเศษ 🧈

2) Pudding ¥1,200

ก้อนใหญ่กว่าที่คิด เสิร์ฟในถ้วยแก้วขาทรง Coupe สีเงินดูคลาสสิกมาก คาราเมลสีอำพันเคลือบหน้าหนาสวย เนื้อแน่น รสชาติ custard เข้มข้น เป็นสไตล์ hard pudding ที่กลิ่นนมออกมาชัดมาก อร่อยในแบบที่เรียบง่ายแต่จริงจัง ใครชอบของแน่นๆ ต้องสั่ง

3) Soft Serve Ice Cream ¥850

ซอฟต์ครีมนมฮอกไกโด ม้วนสูงสวยในถ้วยเงิน มี cookie บางกรอบเสียบข้าง รสนมหอมหวานสะอาด ไม่หวานเกินไป เป็นตัวล้างปากระหว่างคำแพนเค้กและพุดดิ้งได้ดีมาก

นอกจากนี้ก่อนจะเสิร์ฟ ทางร้านมี welcome drink เป็น buttermilk สดทำเอง รสชาติสดชื่น หอมนม มีความหวานอ่อนๆ ดื่มแล้วรู้สึกว่าร้านนี้ใส่ใจรายละเอียดทุกจุดจริงๆ

ในส่วนของบรรยากาศร้าน ตกแต่งโทนสีเขียว ให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนอยู่ในฟาร์ม แต่ในแบบ urban chic นั่งสบาย โต๊ะไม่แน่น แสงดี ถ่ายรูปได้ทุกมุม ระบบ One-order per person คือต้องสั่งอย่างน้อย 1 เมนูต่อคน

Public onsen with wide-open lake views, as close to the water as it gets. Two bath options: Lake Ashi view & Japanese garden, rotating between guests. Stay multiple nights and you’ll get both. Sauna + cold plunge included. I had the deepest sleep of my life that night.
