Welcome to Friday Files Episode II! by @jpatryceandco
For those of you who are new here, I thought it was a good time for a re-introduction! I’ve been building J. PATRYCE & Co. since 2005, alongside our small but mighty team of seven. I thought it would be fun to revisit some favorite past projects in a new series I’m calling "Friday Files" - sharing a bit of the process and BTS along the way. First up, our Upper Bloomfield Brownstone 🤎 The plan was to convert this century-old townhouse into a two-family residence, creating a garden apartment for extended family while thoughtfully restoring and updating the rest of the home. Our clients shared our love of preservation, so original doors, hardware, mantels and ceiling details were restored and reused throughout. We even repurposed original ceiling medallions in the new extension. With a young family, they wanted the house to feel elegant but not too precious. We added custom millwork throughout and layered in a mix of vintage and custom furnishings that felt at home with the original architecture. We absolutely LOVE working on historic homes. If you’re contemplating a restoration or renovation, give us a holler - we’d love to hear from you! 🤎. Deliveries | Deadlines | Dinners | Discovery | Dublin | Dancing | Dropoffs! by @jpatryceandco
I am not much of a sharer, but my heart is full, so I hope you are good with a little piece of it. Design is tricky at times, it can exhaust you if you care too much (guilty), but today was a good, maybe even great day. Seeing our little Galleri finally take shape with the support of @kyle.d.enger, and the many talented hands, including my wonderful team, honestly brought me to tears. Seeing the hand stenciled logo (that I painstakingly over analyzed every aspect of for far too many months) go up on the windows by the talented @gibbsconnors was more than I thought it would be. I have no idea where this little shop will lead, but I hope you’ll visit this Fall and be a part of this small piece of heaven. When you walk in, I think you’ll understand why. Follow along on @galleri_jp for updates  by @jpatryceandco

Lately...🤎☀️🌿 by @jpatryceandco
As we gear up to complete a number of multiple year projects, thought it might be fun to take a look back. This project was the second home we would design for these wonderful clients. #tenaflytudor #jpatryceandco #timeless #layered #interiors by @jpatryceandco
