Late night working. Early morning working. Pancakes for the kids, then back to the grind — knowing the whole time that the moment I finished, this was waiting.

No high fives. No one pushing. Just the misfits watching.

16.5 strain. 148 avg HR. 1083 cals. 91 minutes. Swipe 📊

Never stop by @jpcruz87

Nobody owes me respect.

I earn it every morning when the alarm goes off and I get up anyway.
I earn it every workout when my body wants to quit and I keep moving.
I earn it every day I choose discipline over excuses.

The weights don’t care about my mood.
The miles don’t care about my problems.
The work still has to be done.

I don’t train to impress others.
I train because keeping promises to myself builds the kind of confidence no one can take away.

Respect isn’t given.
It’s earned.

La pregunta que me hacen todo el tiempo: ¿cómo se toma la creatina? 🤔
Así de simple. 5g directo de la cuchara y listo.
Sin mezclas raras. Sin complicaciones. Sin excusas.
