What is #balance in life ?

It’s said that when living with balance in your life, you are living with peace and harmony every day....which seems unheard of lol 😂

Balance comes in physical, emotional, and spiritual forms. For me, having a balanced life means taking a step back, rolling a spliff and removing myself from certain surroundings in order to recharge.

Our hips are the body’s junk drawer.
