Happy daughter’s day to my one and only favorite daughter, Emmaline Belle! We’ve had so much fun lately between a Sporting KC game, World’s of Fun, Chiefs game, and cheering at the Aquinas football game. She makes life so much sweeter. More fun to come! 🩷 by @jpestinger

There’s something pretty special about getting stronger alongside someone you love. ❤️

Jennifer + Joan may be mother and daughter, but they’re also longtime workout partners — and their BFT journeys are such a great reminder that strength can look different in every season of life.

Jennifer has seen incredible changes in her strength, endurance, and muscle definition.

Joan has worked her way back after a serious injury and continues to rebuild strength one workout at a time.

Both keep showing up. Both keep pushing themselves. And both bring such great energy to our BFT community.

We’re so lucky to have this duo with us. 💪

This crew is headed back to school! Summer was WAY too fast (and some days not fast enough) and we soaked up as much fun and sun as we could. All 3 grew and changed so much this summer- they’re ready! Bring on 6th, 4th and 2nd grade! by @jpestinger

Emmie Girl is officially in 7th Heaven! She has grown so much this year in every way. I couldn’t be more proud of the little lady she is becoming. She is so kind, caring, helpful and independent. She loves nothing more than when her brothers teach her how to do things and doing her best to keep up with them. We are so lucky she is ours! 🥳🎂🎉 by @jpestinger
