There are thousands of ways you can improve your health and move towards your health and fitness goals…

However if you get good at consistently hitting these five daily, you’re 90% of the way there!

All of my clients learn how to weave these 5 pillars into their lifestyles in such a way that it’s not an added stress but becomes natural like breathing, therefore they’re more likely to stay consistent and achieve their goals without crashing out and falling off the wagon.

The hardest pillar on this list for most people initially is nutrition, I work to simplify this for them and provide guidance which removes fear and allows them to understand why they need to eat what they eat. I also encourage them to enjoy foods they love (within reason) and better (still tasty) alternatives to these foods, as this avoids them feeling restricted and removes binging from the equation.

Resistance training is the next most difficult and daunting pillar for people initially, who tend to think that smashing themselves into oblivion is the way to go, I provide customised, structured, detailed programming which allows all my clients to know when and how to train, which removes the fear and worry they’re not doing enough.

If you’re stuck on any of these 5 pillars, DM me to find out how I can help you tick them off daily and become the person you’ve always wanted to be!

I need a favour…

Over the past 11+ years I have been training people in person to get epic results (including myself) and have had people drop 10’s of kgs, gain muscle, lift heavier than they have before, and just be overall healthier humans.

As you may know, in late 2023 I decided to take it all online.

My methodology and my programmes work, I’m living proof. They yield epic results for those willing to put the work in and stay consistent, so I’m looking to take on 5 new clients to experience what I offer first hand!

So if you’re wanting to get some epic results with your health and fitness you’ll need to;
⁃ Follow my training and nutrition guidelines
⁃ Let me know of any hurdles along the way with my online app
⁃ Film me an epic testimonial when we get to your goal

But you’ve gotta get in quick - I had 5 spots available but 2 of them have gone this morning - and I want to start rolling next week!

So if you’re keen, drop me a message or comment “READY” below - let’s do this!

Each to their own, Tbh I’d probably rather drive the mustang, but in the gym I’ll always aim to be the Tesla, Powerful, Efficient and best of all… Quiet. 🤫

They both get the job done, but only one pisses off the neighbours 🤣🤣🤣

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, if you’re screaming, it’s too heavy.

If you drop it unnecessarily, it’s too heavy.

If you can’t put it back, don’t pick it up.

Sincerely, your gym prefect, JP 😉😆💪🏼🩵 by @jpfitonline
