No matter how you look at it, 2020 was a difficult year for everyone. Now 3 months into 2021, we are approaching one year into this pandemic... with little to no certainty on when it will end. So use this time to reflect on your triumphs (big or small), reach down, lift others up, and then applaud them for their accomplishments. Simply because life is a gift, so enjoy it each and every day with a smile on your face! #lifeisgood

The dictionary defines running as “to move at a speed faster than a walk, never having both or all the feet on the ground at the same time.”

However, it’s so much more than that. Running is a perfect outlet to challenge yourself, set goals, and continuing to improve. This even carries over to our everyday life... whether it’s work, family, friends, relationships, etc. - learning how to handle life’s challenges and keep a healthy mindset in order to overcome them.

Now, more than ever, we need to work together and help one another as we conquer what has been a very difficult year for everyone. So stay strong, never give up, crush your goals, and just keep running. 😎

Happy to be able to call my mother DR. GEANEY!👩‍⚕️This remarkable woman selflessly put her career on hold in order to start a family... raised three incredible sons, and we couldn’t be more grateful. She finally decided to get back to doing what she loves and graduated from Old Dominion University with her Doctorate of Nursing Practice! You and I have had our ups and downs over the years, but you are truly an inspiration and couldn’t be happier of all your accomplishments. Love you so much and so proud of you! CONGRATULATIONS MOM!!!
