This weekend was a game-changer 💥🥇
Hyrox Pro Manchester

🥉 Overall

First podium finish at the third time of asking🤌

Fastest 100m sandbag lunge for the second race a row 🙌

Dropped my PB by over 2 minutes since my last race at Nice World Champs.

Sub-hour goal set for the next one💪

The HYROX community has been unreal, with support from total strangers that I never expected coming into this sport.

Competing alongside the big guns like @marcdean_ @fitbyturker @eugenioleowhite and @johncarlisle13 was huge.

Four weeks till the next at Stockholm 🇸🇪 just enough time to sharpen up on a few things right 👀🤞

12 more months with @usnuk 🤝

Buzzing to be continuing my partnership with USN for another year.

As I keep pushing to see how far I can take myself in this sport, having the right support around me makes a massive difference. Training and racing at this level asks a lot of the body, so having quality nutrition and supplements I can rely on is a huge part of keeping me fuelled, recovered and ready for the next race

A massive thank you to USN for continuing to back me and giving me the support to keep chasing the top spots 💪

Tenerife- 52:59 - 3rd
Maastricht - 51:04 - 3rd

Three solid results with @dannyraehybrid against some strong competition. The points however don’t quite reflect the performances we’ve put down.

As frustrating as it is there’s still plenty within our own performance to get after, improve and control.

Unless there’s a silly amount of roll downs, Hamburg is off the cards but the season is far from done.

Plenty more races and points on the table. Time to keep working our way up that leaderboard 📈🔥

The Good - 1st AG 3rd overall. Always a great feeling to get on the top step of podium 💪.

Building in the right direction and getting some decent points on the board now 📈

Keeping on top of your hydration is a non negotiable, especially as the training volume ramps up.

Last week of training was my biggest for some time. Clocked 14 hours in the bank and that’s probably the sweet spot for now 💪

Shaping up nicely for two big races in September as we push to climb the leaderboard 📈

Training volume up means recovery has to match it. USN Blue Lab Whey keeping me fuelled and ready to go again. ⛽️

Another big step forward.

A solid chunk of time knocked off the PB, finishing 4th Overall and 3rd in AG.

Third race with @dannyraehybrid and its coming together nicely.

Now it's a case of waiting to see what points that puts in the bag but regardless its a strong start to the season 💪
