2023 had a lot of good moments from gripping for Copola to throwing some shade on @willsmith . My film work was full of excitement and new experiences that I’ll hold on to for a long time to come. The strike was even an unlooked for opportunity to grow my faith and work on my relationships with my wife and daughter. All in all, I’m very thankful for the humiliating and exhilarating experiences this year brought.

But, now I’m ready to go back to work.

Art happens whenever someone decides to try and make some. Here’s to continuing to stoke the fire even if it’s just trying to take pictures on your cell phone outside of a hospital while you’re on a quick leg stretch.

Also, I don’t know if I would necessarily call this art, but it is at least putting a camera up to my face and doing a quick edit. And sometimes, that’s all we can do. taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @jpj_video
