This project is going to be a fun one and the plans and renderings are going to make this house not cookie cutter, but unique. At House of Oak we always try and uplift the neighborhood with a modern home without changing the feeling of the neighborhood. Anyone who knows the Arcadia area in Phoenix knows that many investors come into the area and just build these massive 2 story homes that take away from the original feel of the neighborhood. When we bought this property the sellers were adamant that they would not sell to an investor who was going to do that and we also got letters from the neighbors imploring us not to do that. We were delighted to tell them and show them that we weren't one of those investors who didn't care about the neighborhood and only about maximizing profits. We got creative and put together a floor plan that is unique, properly planned, and will give great square footage, but also still keep the neighborhood feel! Stay tuned for updates. by @jpump44

Taking down Christmas lights yesterday evening and I look down at this picture and it just took me back to my childhood when things in life were so simple. Not a device, phone, or tablet in sight. Just outside playing and learning her way in the world. Just her, her bike, and her puppy dog! I sat up on the roof and felt a sense of refreshness knowing that what we took for granted when we were young is such an anomaly today, but there are still glimpses of it. I couldn't help but capture the moment so as she gets older and life gets crazy I can show her this picture and show her to stop, put the devices down and just simply enjoy life!! #simplepleasures #babyoak #girlandherpuppy #cavapoo by @jpump44

Nothing like a great 36 holes at a majestic place such as Bandon Dunes! No carts all walking just like the game was intended to be played, out with zero cars or traffic, and just pure bliss!!! Played golf all day. Started at 7:50am and played till dark at 5:30pm! Walked 15.5 miles and couldn't be more excited to do it again tomorrow!!! Let's go! #bandondunes #trails #oldmcdonald taken in Bandon Dunes Golf Resort by @jpump44

We did a thing. 🥃

We’ve been quietly working behind the scenes with our family to bring something to life that means the world to us — Pipe + Barrel.

What started as a simple idea to honor Jarrin’s grandfather, known to us as “Grandpa Smokes,” became a passion project built on laughter, memories, and more than a few taste tests. From digging through old family photos and sharing stories, to sampling barrels until we found one worthy of his legacy — every moment was special.

Pipe + Barrel is more than bourbon to us. It’s a tribute to the slow moments, the good conversations, and the people who make life meaningful. We built this to celebrate connection — the kind Grandpa always reminded us to savor.

We’re so proud (and a little emotional) to finally share it with you. Whether you like, share, or raise a glass with us — thank you for being part of our story.

Cheers!

What a blessing to play golf on #juneteenth, for the culture, for peace. ⛳️✊🏽

A day that marks freedom, remembrance, and joy in the Black community. A reminder to the world that our history matters.

My brothers lift me up, make me laugh. Golf gives me peace. Life gives me love. And I’m grateful for both. @thebuffassbarber @jpump44 @fadez_with_ice @niceshotq @kingofone23 #blackgolf #golflife #juneteenth #blackgolfers #golfandfreedom #golfvibes #blackexcellence #golfpeace #golflife #blackjoy #highvibesgolf #golfjourney #blackgolfmatters #golfreflection taken in Aguila Golf Course by @jpump44
