Every day with you is a gift, but today is all about celebrating the amazing woman you are. I am so proud of everything you’ve achieved this year.

You truly do it all. You’re my favourite gym partner who keeps me moving, a real estate agent always on the go, the best dog mom to our pups, and you somehow still find the time to cook the most delicious meals!

It’s hard to believe how far I’ve come. At 30 years old, I weighed 96kg’s and felt terrible. Fast forward to today; almost 35, and I feel fitter, healthier, and stronger than ever before. The journey hasn't been easy, but every challenge has been worth it.

Through consistent training, dedication, determination and a lot of early mornings, I’ve transformed not just my body, but my mindset as well. I’m proud of the progress I’ve made, but what excites me even more is the next step in my journey — my biggest challenge yet: a 100-mile bike race from Harties to Sun City 🚴‍♂️.

This race represents more than just a physical challenge; it’s the culmination of years of hard work, perseverance, and pushing myself beyond what I thought was possible. I’m ready to push myself to the limit and show that with consistency and dedication, anything is possible.

To anyone who’s working on their own transformation or health journey —keep going. The hard work pays off, and the best is yet to come. by @jpvanrooi
