After a year of opening up my first REI company operating out of Central Florida, with the thousands of calls, follow ups, outreach methods, contracts signed, highs & lows…. It’s been a journey but last week I hit my biggest win.

One of the agents I connected with 9 MONTHS AGO sent me this property. We got it under contract at $515,000 had buyers walk it during our IP and locked in a buyer at $490,000. We negotiated it down and got a $45,000 PRICE REDUCTION! Then assigned it to our buyer at $495,000. My partner and I split 25k…

Lastly, I am here to tell y’all, this shit is real.. I never even stepped foot in Florida yet, I have no degree, I dropped out of community college, I went through multiple jobs from sales gigs to bussing tables, to trying to make my monthly expenses through fucking doordash… I never let go of the faith I have for myself and the big ass future I WILL CREATE. First believe you can do it, then make that shit happen no matter what. Have faith in yourself and God will lead you down the right path. You have taught me more about myself then I could’ve ever known

You showed me exactly what it means to live life and to love it even more

You are the person I prayed for every single night and honestly I can’t thank God enough that he blessed me with such an amazing person.
