Thank you to everyone that came out to celebrate the grand opening of my facility 🙏🙏 Was special to be able to share this accomplishment with family, friends, and clients that have all played a part in this journey. 10 years in the making and a lot of the people in these picture have been by my side since the start 🙌 by @jralarcon10
Excited to share the opening of my new gym! Thankful to all my clients and athletes that stayed with me over the years from the old location to the home gym and now into our new home 🙏 Grateful for all the help and support from my friends and family throughout the process and especially on move in weekend 😅 Especially my wife @liv.alarcon for always pushing me and believing in me. 2750 E. 🚨 Force Plate testing: What do they do? 💡Measure exactly how much force an athlete produces and how fast they generate it 💡They provide detailed graphs and data that reveal exactly how an athlete moves, produces force, and redirects force (braking) 💡They detect uneven forces and asymmetries between the left and right limbs. Can identify hidden physical imbalances that might lead to future injuries. 🧠 A couple exercises we’re using early on to help influence workout programing 1️⃣Countermovement Jump (CMJ): Measure how effectively an athlete produces, stores, and releases elastic energy. The landing phase highlights risky, asymmetric braking forces between limbs. 2️⃣Multi-Rebound Jump: Evaluates how efficiently an athlete absorbs force upon landing and immediately recycles it into vertical height. 3️⃣Plyo Push-Up: Provides an objective baseline of explosive push capacity and catches hidden imbalances by tracking whether one arm drives harder or absorbs more landing force than the other. Excited to integrate this new tool to help better serve our athletes and have objective data to look at to ensure that athletes are improving 🙌🙌 #a10fitness #sportsperformance #athleticperformance by @jralarcon10
