📌 Life Story

There was a man in Abeokuta who was always in a hurry. Every delay made him anxious. When answers didn’t come quickly, he worried more, talked more, and stressed himself out. One day, after hearing this verse, he realized that his constant noise was drowning God’s voice. When he finally learned to be still, clarity began to come — not all at once, but step by step.

📖 Lesson

Sometimes God is not silent — we are just too restless to hear Him. Being still doesn’t mean giving up; it means trusting God enough to pause and let Him lead.

🙏 Prayer

Lord, teach me to be still in Your presence. Quiet my heart, my thoughts, and my fears. Help me to trust that You are in control, even when I don’t see the full picture. Amen.

🎵 Gospel Song: Be Still — Hillsong Worship

📌 Life Story

There was a woman in Ibadan who had been waiting for things to change. She did everything she knew how to do — prayers, plans, advice from people, even sleepless nights thinking. When things didn’t move the way she expected, frustration grew. One day, she realized she was trusting her calculations more than God’s direction. That was the day peace returned, even before the situation changed.

📖 Lesson

God doesn’t always work according to our timetable or logic. When we lean only on our understanding, anxiety increases. But when we trust God fully, our hearts rest, even in uncertainty.

🙏 Prayer

Lord, help me to trust You completely. Remove the burden of trying to figure everything out on my own. Teach me to depend on You with my whole heart. Amen.

🎵 Gospel Song: Way Maker — Sinach
