This month is a very special episode of Sound Body Radio and the first edition of my Guest Spotlight Series, featuring other creatives in the dance music space who are shaping culture and conscious community.

Today my dear friend and guest DJ, Shannon Chavez, aka @shannonthegoodwitch , takes us on a melodic, uplifting house music journey inspired by the power of shining your light and finding ways to celebrate life, even in times of darkness.

Following her curated live DJ mix, the episode flows into a deeper conversation about creativity, purpose, community, and the magic that emerges when we stay connected to our own inner light and the rhythms of nature.

A multi-talented artist, author, and certified purpose coach, Shannon shares the wisdom and lived experience behind her creative journey, and a reminder that our light becomes even more powerful when we choose to share it.

So sit back, stand up, move, stretch, dance, tune in to your own Sound Body…

And take a deep breath.
You're in the right place.

Theres nothing worse than realizing you undid all the hard work you put into your craft because you were too busy, too depressed, or too maxed out....

Because everything passes, and one day, you won't be those things anymore.

We can't get back time. So never stop filling it with the things that are most important to your life force.

I hope you play, sing, dance, and create through all of life's messy phases.

The world is more beautiful when youre using your gifts.

Our enemies come in many forms.... people, emotions, limiting beliefs. When we are faced with the deepest of life's challenges, it becomes apparent what is actually worth holding onto and what is simply dead weight.

What is meant to make the journey will help you through the tide.

The rest is dead in the water.

Trust the tides.
Don't look back.
Just keep swimming 😘

Thanks for being here with me, through all the iterations. My, how we've grown together 🫶🏽

Life is crazy and it's easy to loose track of what's important. The world can really twist your mind up if you let it.

But the good thing is....
We will always find our way back home.

Sending you lots of love
I'm so excited to keep creating with you ☺️
