Today the Gram deserves CONTENT!!! Happy 26th Birthday to ME🎈🎈🎈🎈🥂🙏🏾✨🥳🥳🥳🥳 #TheBlackManCan🙌🏾♉️💯 by @jrock_visions
When they ask Mr.Guinyard too explain HIS MENTALITY in 10 IMAGES without telling a whole STORY🗣?! Just for them to really get the BIGGER PICTURE they must always have to remember that I make the PICTURE and the STORY too MY OWN HISTORY🤷🏾‍♂️! So, what EXACTLY is BLACK EXCELLENCE and why do I always SAY and BRAG about IT✨! Well TRUTH be told YOU can’t ever EXPLAIN BLACK HISTORY too me especially when it INVOLVES the “TRAUMAS” and “TRAGEDIES”my PEOPLE have FACED and continue to FACE on a daily! Especially when it comes to our Criminal Justice System, Laws, Jobs, Financial resources, and so much more!!!!🗣🗣without ever explaining the Importance and RELEVANCY behind our PRESENT LEADERS and PAST ACHIEVERS who FOUGHT for the SIMPLE JUSTICE and EQUALITY that I’AM BLESSED to have today🤷🏾‍♂️🌱💯✨! SAY what YOU want I must always HEAR 👂🏾 some type of “BLACK EXCELLENCE” and that’s what YOUR always going to get from ME and this VOCABULARY/CHARACTER wether they like IT or, NOT✨🎙💯! I always leave the FOOLERY for them boys who LOVE to WASTE their TIME roaming through the STREETS trying to PROVE their MILITANCE instead of BUILDING a BRAND and NAME for themselves💨 #BLACKEXCELLENCE✨ #THINK1ST🧠#SPEAKLATER✨ #BLACKROYALTY✨ #BLACKSTRUCTURE✨ #BLACKANDEDUCATED🎙 #BLACKANDBLESSED🙏🏾 #SAYTHEIRNAMES🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣 #BLACKLIVESMATTER✊🏿✊🏾✊🏽✊🏼✊🏻 #BLACKMENMATTER✨ #BLACKWOMENMATTER✨ BlackHistoryMatters🕯👑🙏🏾 too me always and 4EVA until the DEATH of ME🎙 #4/30/96🚶🏾‍♂️🤫✨ by @jrock_visions

Kneeling for Racial Injustice Practices and mishaps with the everyday misconduct happening in our everyday local communities due to Police or, officials that feel the need to abuse their Power or, Authority🙏🏾. I see nothing wrong with these Veteran All Star players kneeling here for the National Anthem🇺🇸✊🏾. In some of the most profound quotes and speeches of the late great Dr. Martin Luther King🎤 “We want all of our rights, we want them here, and we want them now.” “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” “We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence.” ... This was done in one of the most artistic🎼 and diverse✊🏾✊🏽✊🏼✊🏻✊🏿 forms possible. During the NBA restart yesterday night between the @lakers vs @laclippers this actually caught my attention Respectfully💯. Say what you want man YES All LIVES MATTER but, we need to remember to speak up and bring Awareness about the FACTS always when it comes to Black Lives on this Planet Earth🚶🏿‍♂️🌍‼️ We shall only continue to MATTER folks🗣 #blacklivesmatter #lakers #clippers #nba #basketball #forever #equality #justice #peace #unity #solidarity by @jrock_visions
PRAY for the things that you simply CANNOT see or, Simply have NOT BENEFITED from as of YET🙏🏾. Know that the Lord is good and his mercy is everlasting when you truly call out to his Holy name🗣 Matthew Chapter 6 Verses 5-6 NIV📖 5) “And when you pray🙏🏾, do not be like the hypocrites👥, for they love❤️ to pray🙏🏾 standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full🙇🏾‍♂️. 6) But when you pray, go into your room, close the door🚪 and pray🙏🏾 to your Father🕊☝🏾🗣🚶🏿‍♂️, who is unseen🌅. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you🤲🏾😌💯 #prayerchangesthings #spiritualawakening #godisgood #godisincontrol #godisgoodallthetime #standup #believeinyourself #faith #opportunity #resilence #throughmyeyes #neverbrokeagain #neverdefeated #reborn #rebuilding #rebuildyourself #selfesteem #prayharder by @jrock_visions

Happy Father’s Day to these two important Jewels within my Life💪🏾. The men that provided Direction no matter their condition or, status . The men that provided mental support and financial resources in my time of need. The men who provided arguments of structure. The men who gained my Respect easily at an early age no , matter how many times I tried to deny it🖤. I commend the both of you on a job well done for helping raise a true KING👑 up out these gates. Y’all enjoy y’all Father’s Day today man but, most importantly never forget to keep putting God 1st in all that YOU do. I Love y’all Respectfully my Goons🖤🐐💯🙏🏾 by @jrock_visions
This hit home @cashflowharlem I really had to repost and share‼️ this because some people really don’t understand that #BlackLivesMatter. It’s sicker than this Pandemic 🦠and has transcended into Present Modern Day Slavery. Murdered without a reasonable CAUSE or, CONVICTION🗣. Everyday I wake up I truly have to remember that I’am a Black Man standing🚶🏿‍♂️ for the cause of Equal rights and Equality amongst all Racists and Colors of people. What happened to these individuals should never go unnoticed or, remain SILENT🤫. The families of these Victims and many more sadly have gone through a lot of Devastation and Pain🙏🏾. I truly thank this man for this Poetic Enlightenment💯. It’s a terrible Tragedy when you have to walk outside looking over your shoulder everyday or, constantly Viewed as a Criminal without NO INTELLECT. Gone but, NEVER Forgotten🖤 #R.I.H🕊 #cashflowharlem #nojusticenopeace✊🏾 #deepthoughts #deeppoetry #trayvonmartin #georgefloyd #justiceforbreonnataylor #sandrabland #ericgarner @scream_jrock by @jrock_visions
When I saw the video that surfaced through my social media Timeline🤦🏾‍♂️ with this young man’s body collapsing out on the concrete next to the woods all I could do was watch in MISERY and complete SHOCK. The sadness and pain behind seeing another brother who could Honestly just about pass for a Brother, Cousin, Friend, Homie, and more life ultimately cut short in such a traumatic fashion💥. Another victim of an awful HATE CRIME and PREJUDICE/RACIST ACT. I don’t know how the video got out to the WORLD 🌎 so, late and SHARED that quick but, it just goes to show you how POWERFUL PAIN can feel and open MINDSETS🧠. How Technology truly has changed the game in today’s SOCIETY. Especially when it is seen in the eyes 👀 and PERSPECTIVES of another INDIVIDUAL. Thoughts 💭 tend to CHANGE and LIES tend to spread. NO this MAN was NOT a CRIMINAL! NO this MAN was NOT, doing NOTHING STUPID! NO this MAN is not, a MURDERER! Do your Research on this MAN’s LIFE and LEGACY before False ASSUMPTIONS are to ever be MADE! From the outside looking in we all know that this has been going on for years with the young Black man in America🇺🇸. One of the most DOMINANT species of INTELLIGENCE and PASSION for LIFE‼️ Always FEARED when doing something so, POSITIVE and NON- LIFE THREATENING, or PROBLEM causing to another HUMAN being at all 💨. And yet, still we TEND to fit the SUBJECT and the TARGET 🎯. He was just going out for a quick 🏃🏾‍♂️ for the lungs and some fresh EXERCISE💪🏾. Instead, GUNNED down by his PERPETRATORS a 64 year old MALE and his son both who happen to be of “CAUCASIAN” background. Reminds me a lot of the Trayvon Martin vs George Zimmerman case. Known as nothing but, a CRIMINAL without NO INTELLECT a DEVASTATING curse🕊🗣😪 #prayfortheworld #R.I.PAHMAUDARBERY🙏🏾 #justiceforarbery🙏🙏 #runwithmaud #blackman #powerful #track #field #land #landofthefree #justiceforahmaud #unity #staywoke #timeforchange by @jrock_visions
April 30th,📍1996🌍 at 5:05AM👣 my Arrival simply Could Not Wait‼️ “Standing here a STRONG BLACK✊🏾 MAN OF many different BELIEFS🧠 and ABILITIES🗣 I FOUGHT some of my TOUGHEST💪🏾 BATTLES in SILENCE🤫 Fell down NUMEROUS amount of times within the MIDST of a YEAR💨 I was CONSTANTLY on the MOVE💨 Started LOSING FAITH within MYSELF around this same time last YEAR... Told NO ONE and CONTINUED to SOAR🦅 and PUSH MYSELF BEYOND LIMITATIONS🗣 I was HOPELESS🙇🏾‍♂️ and my SPIRIT was WEAKENED ULTIMATELY by some of LIFE’S🙇🏾‍♂️ most PRECIOUS and REALEST TEST☝🏾 but, still TODAY☀️ does NOT APPEAR out of the ORDINARY🙌🏾. Still PREPARED to finish completing my Associates Degree🎓 in Criminal Justice with the Class of 2020✊🏾 Still BLESSED💫 with one TRUE and very POWERFUL HEART ❤️ Happy Birthday to ME🔥 #Poetry Artist #SpokenWord #Freestyle #FreeVerse #FreeWrite #FutureAuthor @scream_jrock by @jrock_visions
