I’ve been a RE investor for over 10 yrs now and I’ve always exclusively rented to market tenants always way under pha market rents thinking it would help out a certain demographic of people because the market rents are high ass 🦒 🥜 But I’m done 🥷 don’t respect nothing and they feel entitled to everything 🤦🏾‍♂️ I’m partnering with Uncle Sam 😂🤑 I’m only accepting all government funds I have about 20k worth of apartments and houses available in west and southwest philly for pha vouchers holders only!!!! by @jrockboxing

I always dreamed of buying my mother a big house but unfortunately she passed away in 2013 so I did the next best thing and bought back the house that she foreclosed on over 20 years ago Gut renovated it and rented it out to 3 single mothers at an affordable Rent (no sec8) I think my mom would be really happy how it turned out Big Thanks to my realtor @centercitysid__ for helping me buy it back big thank you to my GC @jasminenicole_______ for making sure everything was done properly and putting up with me during the process ❤️ an shoutout to my guy @neighborhood__construction_llc for doing all my finish work from bathrooms to kitchens, floors even the dope railings and exterior painting all him he the secret weapon ⚔️ 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼
