Comment if you want the score! Hearing 2000 strangers raising our voices in harmony to invite this moment of connection felt soo releasing and cathartic😭🥹I’ve been so inspired by the power of vocal music to bring people together. This song “Beautiful” emerged from writing sessions with my dear friend and musical co-writer @olirockberger , as we explored themes around community, diversity and inclusion. The thought of writing something that could reframe and re-signify what the word ‘beautiful’ could mean beyond any gendered context, became the guiding momentum for this piece. The result is THIS!! Harmonically, It’s a four part song, but with a little harmonic trickery (some people freeze on certain notes), meaning it’s actually 8-part harmony. This was filmed by @miri.schleinschock .schleinschock & @celinemireillesings at the amazing @aarhusvocalfestival ❤️✨❣️ big thanks to @tinefrisronsfeld and @stoffer_t for making this happen💕 linkinbio to Journeys In Voice Vol II where you can find this song :)
