To know that a step class became her happy place… a space to breathe through the chaos of work and life… a place where strangers turned into family.

This is deeper than fitness. This is impact. This is purpose. And it’s moments like this that remind me why I do what I do and I know it’s my true purpose of what God has designed for me to do.

“What a blessing”. As I woke up today that was one of my first thoughts, then I reminded myself that waking up every day is a blessing, celebrating a birthday is a blessing and today as I turn 60 I know how blessed I am.
I would like to say THANK YOU to everyone that reached out to me via phone, text, social media platforms and in person to wish me a happy birthday.
A special thank you to my family, especially to my hubby and my children for their support and love. A special thank you to my newly adopted family, my SOB family, especially to the ladies that started my birthday celebration on Friday with a surprise birthday diner.
