Just dropping this here. No lengthy caption.
I’m not even sure everyone’s even seen this.

Thank you for putting this together (you know who you are).

Quavo included.

“Gotta reach that frequencyyyyy”

February 2003 Issue 161 scans of @thesource magazine ad of the @jumpman23 Jordan 18 “Love Is” marketing campaign.

Scanned at 300dpi for a test run but will eventually do 600 for a bit more quality. I cropped and left some borders + edges to replicate the feel of actually looking at a scan rather than have clean lines…something I’m genuinely a freak about.

I’ve always wanted to have these scanned & printed on wooden plaques to have hung in a hallway or a room somewhere. Anyways here’s some nostalgia for everybody.

“Hate to be the one to tell ya
That my setbacks isn’t failure
And you’ll never be this stellar
Sure you’re laughing to the bank, but you whining in the cellar
And that’s sad, I’m sorry
You can’t see I’m special like a Stradivari in a College Grad’s pad who push his Dad’s Ferrari?
You don’t get graphic one bit and I know
And I could tell because my big cousins had Atari
And it’s not really a surprise homie
Keep your nose out my business and your eyes on me
I’m up when the sun down and rise slowly
I get love from all the kids and every wise OG
So I’m sayin” taken in Toronto, Ontario by @jrwideman
