B.S in Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology 🤍 Cum Laude + first generation Latina

This journey has been nothing short of transformative. I’ve heard the comments where I got my education from, assumptions about my hometown, and the negativity people attach to places they’re never taken the time to understand.
Seeing my hometown classmates become the first college graduates in their families warms my heart. It just goes to show, el que quiere, puede.

I am proud to say I never doubted my ability, because I walk in the light of God, and I knew he would never take me anywhere I wasn’t meant to be. At the same time, he removed me from spaces I probably would’ve struggled to leave on my own, and made sure I never looked back. Reflecting on my time, I realize everything unfolded exactly the way it was supposed to.

With that said, thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey. Thank you to everyone who has supported me Thank you to my family for pushing me. And lastly, I WANNA THANK ME !!

See y’all in a couple years for the M.S in SLP post ;)
