Italia 🇮🇹 ❤️

Did I confidently greet the locals almost every evening by saying “Buongiorno”? I sure did. 🤌

What a week. The energy racing Hyrox in NYC is always unmatched.

I had the opportunity to race Women’s Open Doubles twice this week alongside @katiej1810 . This was our 5th and 6th time racing together.

Race Week 1: 1:08:58
Despite accidentally running an extra lap after the ski (my fault 😅)we fought our way to a 5th place finish in our AG.

Race Week 2: 1:07:48
With a 15 second penalty at the sled pull (but no extra laps!) we finally snagged a 1st place flag for our AG.

Racing was so much fun and what made it truly special was having @sully1573 and Liam there cheering us on at both races.

Hearing their voices, seeing them in the crowd, and knowing they were there supporting me was so motivating. The hard work, early mornings, and sacrifices that come with training feel even more meaningful when you get to share those moments with the people you love most. ❤️

Two races. One extra lap. One penalty. One Age Group win and a lot of amazing moments.

Shout out to @frank.arcurijr for keeping my run program 10/10.

So grateful for the community and support system that makes all of this possible.

I’m not sure how I got so lucky. 🥰
I’m going to miss these drop offs everyday. Middle school, here he comes.
Time needs to slow down. ❤️

It’s amazing what our bodies can do. I had the pleasure of running along some of the most badass people I know. So proud of everyone that ran the Backyard Ultra yesterday. It was an amazing experience and I actually still can’t believe I ran 50 miles. Rock it til the wheels fall off. 🫡

Boston, it’s been real ✌️

First mixed doubles in the books ✅

Definitely wasn’t feeling my best this race (reference photos 2 & 3) but still tried to send it. We had a goal of sub 60 and missed it by 32 seconds 🙃. Still a PR for both of us. Thanks for dragging me around the course, Ryan. 😜

Hyrox competitor and equestrian instructor @jsanto121 is a very legit athlete. Working out keeps her balanced and on track! So happy to be back home @ogtrainingacademy Thank you for sharing your story, it’s always helpful and relatable speaking about those things. I agree with her, the best way to prevent injury is to be strong and fit. She’s a great example of some transforming their lives and inspiring others. Stay thriving champ!
