Motivation Monday - The majority of people only see the end result, not the 10+ years that went into the making of the physique that I carry today. I visualised a British title before I was 30 years old all those years ago - that was my motivation. I went one step further last year and won the Nabba Universe at 29 years old. If you really want it, set a realistic time frame and go and achieve and surpass your goals! Be your own motivation!!! @nabbauk @nabbainternational #motivation #motivationmonday #nabba #mruniverse #trainedbyjp #showthem #team #sanutrition #monsterfactory #ironeagle #bodybuilding #fitness #gym #fitfam #muscle #gains #fit #bodybuilder #lifestyle #training #dream #workout #muscles #diet #abs #legs #smile #win #goals #brooker taken in Worcester, Worcestershire by @jsbrooker1

Leaving the best until last - bare with, as this is an emotional one - I have cried numerous times watching this and putting these words together over the past few weeks 🥺
.
JB - The backbone behind it all 🤍
.
This project has been one of the most challenging and biggest risk I’ve ever taken — relocating, creating a bigger studio and turning a vision into reality. And honestly, I would not have had the guts to do it without you by my side.
.
He has been the absolute backbone of it all. Driving the project forward, over coming the forever ending challenges, He’s painted, laid bricks, fixed things, built things, fallen through rotten floorboards 😅 the list is endless, he got stuck in, digged deep for me when I had no more to give and somehow just kept going all while working full time. There have been ridiculously long days that turned into what felt like years, grafting before he starts his actual job and having ridiculously late nights when he has finished his actual paid work 🤣
.
He has given his time, energy, strength and support every step of the way, and I genuinely cannot thank him enough. 🥹
.
.
I’m forever grateful for you and I absolutely love doing life with you even though you have seriously judged my filling and sanding skills 🫠🥹🤍 but you’ve continued to be patient (!) and listened to all my wild and outrageous ideas and absolutely created my perfect studio that I had only ever dreamt of.
.
JB, I couldn’t have done this without you. Thankyou For being the strength when I needed it the most, Thank you for believing in me, believing in this dream and helping me build something I’m so incredibly proud of. ❤️
.
SO - Onto the next project?!! 👀 🤣🤣 jokes - we need to recover 🤪
.
Ps - He isn’t called Mr Universe for nothing!
.
Pss - he has no idea I’ve done this and will most probably kill me 🤣 taken in Herefordshire by @jsbrooker1

Happy Father’s Day to the greatest 🫶🏽
.
Watching you as a Dad makes my heart so full, Jenson absolutely loves and adores you. From quad biking adventures to motocross days, you give your all and are the most incredible dad ❤️
.
The girls adore you, You’ve fully embraced being a horse dad for Flo (!) being the best gym partner to Tutes, loving them as your own, and always being there when they need you. You are such a positive role model which I am eternally grateful of. And not forgetting being the best Grandad to Coco Chanel! 🐶
.
Thank you for loving us all and for making me the happiest. ❤️
.
We are forever grateful for everything you do and for the love, support, and strength you bring to our family every day.
.
I hope your Father’s Day is as special as you are to all of us 🌍 🫶🏽❤️

Legs entered the chat………

Zero chill since 2019 🤷🏻‍♂️

That’s a wrap before Christmas now. 151 mince pies this year, I reckon we can do a double hundred before new year 😂
