I am looking for an experienced Driver Coach with a proven background working internationally with young drivers in karting and/or Formula 4.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous experience coaching young drivers at international karting and/or F4 level
• Strong knowledge of video and data analysis
• The ability to translate technical information into clear, age-appropriate feedback
• A good understanding of how to build confidence and get the best from young racers
• Excellent communication skills with drivers, parents, engineers and teams
• Availability to travel internationally for tests and race events

The ability to connect with young drivers and turn analysis into practical, understandable coaching is essential.

With Barcelona this weekend, the F1, F2 and F3 paddocks return to one of the most traditional and representative circuits on the European calendar.

After a strong start to the season across the first four rounds, @laurens.vanhoepen will be aiming to maintain his momentum and confirm his current form on the classic layout of the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, a track that teams and drivers know exceptionally well and often use as a true benchmark of performance.

We can expect warm and sunny conditions, plenty of high-speed corners, high tyre degradation and a weekend that will reward consistency, race management and execution.

I will be on track from Thursday to support Laurens throughout the weekend.

Looking forward to another exciting challenge.

Results don't always tell the full story!

Canada in F2 was one of those weekends where I came away very encouraged despite feeling there was even much more on the table.

On a circuit that Formula 2 had never visited before, @laurens.vanhoepen put the car on pole position by 0.267s (!), a huge margin at this level and on such a short track, especially against some of the strongest junior drivers backed by Ferrari, Alpine and other F1 teams and backed it up with P4 in the Sprint Race starting P8. The feature race didn't go to plan, but that's racing.

More than the results, what stood out was the evolution of Laurens. The confidence is growing, his technical and physical preparation is excellent and he's increasingly looking like a driver who belongs at the front.

Progress isn't always linear, but when you step back and compare where he was 12 months ago to where he is today, the difference is significant.

Proud of what we have achieved so far together. Now we keep pushing.

🚀 A real pleasure to speak this week in Surrey in front of a group of senior leaders operating in an organisation working at pace and driving efficiencies .

What always strikes me is how many parallels exist between Formula 1 and the business world:
⚙️ decision-making under pressure
⚙️ leadership
⚙️ operational excellence
⚙️ communication
⚙️ adaptability
⚙️ and the constant pursuit of sustained performance

🔥 In F1, performance is never the result of one individual alone. It comes from alignment, trust, execution under pressure and the ability to react faster and better than the competition with incomplete information.

It was great to exchange ideas and perspectives on how lessons learned in elite motorsport can translate directly into leadership and high-performance business environments.

A big thank you to @p1nsights for the opportunity and also to #KathrynJackson(Booth) and #RoyMiller for the organisation of such a great event.
