Palladium Cologne Jay Park & LNGSHOT – Serenades & Body Rolls 🔥

Seeing Jay Park and LNGSHOT in a comparatively small venue like the Palladium was pretty special. Almost 2 hours and 40 minutes, so many familiar songs, an amazing atmosphere – and he even played my two favorites, Yesterday and JOAH. ❤️

The noise level? Definitely something to get used to. 😂 It’s fascinating how many different octaves people can scream in. But the excitement was definitely there!

For me, a really great concert needs a few things: an amazing act, a crowd that’s fully into it, lots of dancing – and a completely soaked T-shirt by the end. ✔️

Met some really nice people again, too. All in all, such a great night – I’d do it all over again anytime! 🔥

Usually, this is a chance to relax, and I always turn up a little less styled than usual—but never completely without. Today, for the first time, it was no makeup or styling, before or after. Just couldn’t be bothered. It simply didn’t matter. Breakfast at 4:30 p.m. First Food today. And such a healthy one, too: vegetables and protein—treating my body with love. It took a long time to finally feel calm and relaxed.

Who helped? @mr.thomas.leon

So lovely to know that sometimes you can flip each other off and then laugh about it together. Sending love to @mr.thomas.leon ♥️🖕🫶 Get well soon!❤️‍🩹

Sometimes sarcasm saves the day😉

Happy Weekend!

10 years of the Hamburger Goldkehlchen – their final concert at Volksparkstadion. What a fantastic show! The atmosphere was amazing, and everyone sang along together. One of a kind. Wonderfully perfect in all its imperfection!

Münster – Skaters Palace – Dendemann
Great atmosphere, the best German hip-hop, a touch of nostalgia, and a wonderful evening with @mo.nahansen♥️ and some friends we unexpectedly ran into.

Celebrated my birthday a little late today 🎉 First, I had breakfast with my family, and then I spent the rest of the day with my besties. We started with a performance by Nico Suave before heading to Dortmund for dinner at @dylans.sushi.vietnamfusion definitely worth checking out if you love sushi and Vietnamese food. It’s small, cosy and has such a warm, family-run atmosphere. Thank you, Phu, for the lovely welcome and the wonderful evening!

And of course, a huge thank you to my wonderful friends for celebrating with me and always being there for me. The best crew ♥️ @mo.nahansen @cati0405 @jebram_nicole @lalelylle

They also made sure I was confronted with the age I’d just turned — in the form of balloons — for the first and only time 😂 A little irony is a must!

I’m incredibly grateful and looking forward to all the wonderful moments we still have ahead of us. Sadly, not everyone could be there today, but they were definitely there in spirit ♥️

Inside the human body. 🫀

BODY WORLDS in Münster – fascinating, unusual, and definitely something that stays with you.

The story behind it is almost as fascinating as the exhibition itself: Gunther von Hagens developed the technique of plastination in the late 1970s, and the first BODY WORLDS exhibition opened in Tokyo in 1995.

Muscles, nerves, blood vessels, organs – suddenly you get to see just how incredibly complex the human body is and what normally remains hidden beneath our skin.

What surprised me most: even though these are real human bodies and organs, the plastination made them somehow no longer feel like “bodies” to me. More like anatomy, science and art coming together. That distance allowed me to look at everything with genuine curiosity without it ever feeling uncomfortable.

And afterwards: right in the middle of Münster. Wandering through the city, laughing a lot, having great food at dandan and simply enjoying a wonderful day with my lovely friends @mo.nahansen @cati0405 @lalelylle 💜

Exhibition. City. Food. Friendship.
A pretty perfect combination.
