My favorite place is inside your hug. 🥰 by @jsn_rgrs
The second and final middle-distance race of the season, marking the end of my comeback season. Even before the race, I can already look back with pride on a great season, with a 5K PB, a 10K PB, confirmation of my 21.1k PB and my fastest 10K in an Olympic-distance race - last weekend. Now it’s time to put into practice what I’ve been training hard for over the last few weeks—to beat my 2022 time (4:24). On Sunday we will see how everything turned out 😎 by @jsn_rgrs
You are the person who opened the door to the world for me. This place brought us together; I’d wanted to come here for so long. You didn’t hesitate for a second. You’ve always been there for me, lifting me up and standing by me through my darkest moments. I’m so grateful to have you by my side. Thank you so much! herşeyimsin ♥️ by @jsn_rgrs

@lut_aschaffenburg Citylauf Aschaffenburg 2026. What a comeback. I have never imagined about coming back to sport at all. After the toughest setback of my life, I wanted nothing more to do with sports. Sports had always been a way for me to cope with everyday life. But after nine months, I started training in a structured way again. And here I am today! One of, if not the best race of my life. And this is just the beginning of the journey. Life is worth living, no matter what happens to you—you just have to make something of it. It’s all up to you, you create your own life! Upwards and onwards! by @jsn_rgrs

Today would be your 12th birthday, my son. 🤍 I am so glad that I had you in my life. And at the same time I am so sad that you are no longer here. No matter where you are, my thoughts are always with you! I am so proud of you, Matheo. With eternal love, your Dad by @jsn_rgrs

My mind knows you are in a better place, son, where there is no pain. And you are at peace. I understand that, but I just wish I could explain that to my heart. I miss you son. I will always love you. by @jsn_rgrs
