Presenting… A Conversation with JASON PEREZ, director of Monkeypaw’s High Horse: The Black Cowboy docuseries on Peacock, produced by Jordan Peele.

Perez and one of the film’s stars, local farmer Rosalind Alexander-Kasparik, will join BAFF for a Q&A about filmmaking and Black cowboy erasure.

The audience is invited to ask questions and mingle with our special guests after the show, filmmaker awards, and annual audience raffle.

HIGH HORSE: THE BLACK COWBOY premiers on @peacock today.

It was an incredible journey directing this Black Cowboy docuseries. So many people contributed in front and behind the camera to bring this project to the small screen. The dedication and hard work shows. Thank you to our entire team for showing up every day.

It was an unforgettable journey to different countries and cities, to tell Shyne’s incredible life story. I’m grateful to have produced it and to be a part of the team that made it happen.
