THANK YOU @lululemon & @emilyngarciaa for inviting me to MOVE WITH PRIDE. I got the chance to lead a pilates class with Lululemon at @thefallsmiami this past weekend ✨🌈

moments like this is what matters the most to me as an instructor. safe environments for everyone to move their bodies without any judgement. it is vital that we honor this during pride month.

thank you to everyone who showed up and made time for yourselves & thank you to all the sponsors and vendors who came and support 🖤

forever grateful & honored!!!

my first pilates photoshoot 🖤

expect classical pilates, intentional movement, and a whole lot of baddies, hot gworls, and hot dudes around your mat.
