Being married in one of the most beautiful and historic churches in the Philippines honestly felt like a dream we once only imagined.

The church was huge.
The aisle was LONG.
And we cherished every second of it.

Everything happened quite fast, but we intentionally took our time. We looked around, held every moment carefully, and tried to stay fully present because we knew this exact moment would never happen again.

And somehow, in a church full of people, it still felt like only us existed in front of Him.

We’ve already been civilly married, but getting married in the Church carried a completely different weight for us. More than tradition, we wanted to dedicate our union before God, ask for His blessing over our marriage, and be reminded that love is not just about choosing each other during the beautiful moments… but continuing to choose each other with faith, grace, patience, and commitment for the rest of our lives.

There was something so sacred about hearing those vows in front of God, our families, and everyone who witnessed our love story through the years.

And honestly… I’ve never felt more beautiful than I did that day. Not because of the dress, the styling, or the photos, but because I was marrying the person I love while being surrounded by so much love, prayer, and presence.

The party eventually ended.
But this chapter, the one we prayed for, finally began.
