We’re kicking off the 3rd Annual Women’s Football 101, hosted by the Driven Foundation and this year’s event will be held Thursday, November 5th | 6p-9p

Here’s what you can expect:

I don't usually finish a book in one sitting, but Fight Through It by Roy Hall Jr. had me hooked from the start. I picked it up and ended up reading the entire thing in one evening!

What I love most about this book is that it's relatable. Life isn't always easy. We all face challenges, setbacks, disappointments, and moments when it would be easier to quit. But this book is a reminder that we're stronger than we think and capable of getting through more than we realize.

There were so many moments that made me stop and reflect, and so many messages that encouraged me to keep pushing forward.

If you're looking for a good read, some motivation, or a reminder that tough seasons don't last forever, I highly recommend ordering a copy of Fight Through It.

Trust me—once you start reading, you may not put it down either!📖💪

Congratulations, @royhalljr_! This book is going to encourage a lot of people! I've only waited 13.5 years for it ~ lol!

What a day!! ☀️🚘

Huge thank you to everyone who came out to support Drive-In with Driven this weekend in Old Worthington. Great weather, great people, great conversations, and an awesome reminder of what community looks like when people come together for a purpose.

With Mother’s Day around the corner, our students took time to slow down, be intentional, and create something special!

Handmade flower bouquets for the women and loved ones who pour into their lives every day.💐

What stood out wasn’t just the final product, it was the process. The care. The focus. The pride. The desire to make it just right for someone else.😊

That’s what we’re building. Not just students, but young people who understand gratitude, selflessness, and how to serve.

Moments like this remind us that impact doesn’t always have to be big to be powerful. Sometimes it looks like a child carefully holding a flower, thinking about someone they love.🥹

Grateful for “Grandpa Bob” and “Grandma Pat” for leading the way and showing our students what it means to give from the heart.

SPRING BREAK with purpose!☀️

Today, our after-school students from Columbus Prep. School for Boys and Johnson Park MS stepped inside the @hiltoneaston for a full behind-the-scenes career exploration experience.

From the kitchen to guest services, the front desk to housekeeping, the pool area to hotel operations, our students got a firsthand look at what it takes to run a world-class hotel.

And more importantly…they got exposure.

Exposure to opportunity.
Exposure to excellence.
Exposure to what’s possible.

Huge thank you to Mary Faust and the entire Hilton team for opening your doors, pouring into our students, and showing them what hospitality, professionalism, and community truly look like.

This is what it’s about. Our community. Our responsibility.

Oh, and if you’re ever looking for a place to stay, Hilton at Easton isn’t just one of the best hotels around… they genuinely care about the community they serve.

Some kids have never flown a kite before.
Not because they don’t have imagination.
Not because they aren’t capable of wonder.

Sometimes life just has a way of handing children weight before it ever hands them wind.

But every now and then, somebody places a string in a young person’s hand, points them toward an open field, and reminds them that what feels unfamiliar is not impossible.

That is what we love about this moment.

Because a kite doesn’t rise in spite of resistance.
It rises because of it.

The same wind that could feel strong enough to push you back can also be the very thing that teaches you how to lift.

And maybe that is true for our kids too.

No matter where you come from, what you have been through, what neighborhood raised you, or what pain tried to name you, none of it gets the final word.

You can still rise.
You can still dream.
You can still go higher than what tried to hold you down.

Sometimes all it takes is one opportunity.
One moment.
One experience you never saw coming.
One person willing to believe that there is more in you than the world has given you a chance to show.

We love our coaches for the way they keep showing up, creating moments like this, and helping our kids be kids while still believing big, dreaming bigger, and learning that they were made to fly.

This morning, on a chilly Thanksgiving day, we were reminded of what truly matters most, giving, serving, and showing up for people who need hope.🫶🏼

Today, our Driven Foundation team + more than 20 incredible volunteers, had the privilege of serving 45 families with full Thanksgiving meals in partnership with Chick-fil-A Columbus.

We’re honored. We’re grateful. And we’re humbled by the opportunity to love our community in a real, tangible way.

To every family we met this morning: we pray your Thanksgiving is full of warmth, peace, and encouragement.

To every volunteer who woke up early to serve: you are the heartbeat of this mission.

And a special thank you to our friend @braileymurphy, who came in on her day off to help prepare and organize meals. That’s the definition of servant leadership.👏🏼

In a season where many are facing challenges, we’re reminded that service isn’t seasonal, it’s a lifestyle. Hope is needed every day, and we’re committed to being a consistent source of support, compassion, and love for families across Central Ohio.

Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at the Driven Foundation.

Our ‘Flight School’ showed 22 summer campers that learning STEM can be FUN, and sometimes the best lessons are “old school.”

From folding paper airplanes to building gliders, flying kites, and launching a custom rocket 625 feet into the sky, our students discovered the power of curiosity, creativity, and hands-on learning.✈️
