✨ THE 2026–2027 JOURNEY HAS BEGUN! ✨

This past Saturday, we officially welcomed our 2026–2027 Rhema Life Mentorship Cohort for our first gathering of the year!

During our kickoff, mentors and mentees spent time exploring what purpose means, identifying the gifts and strengths within themselves, and discussing how we can support one another as we become who we are called to be. It was an opportunity to connect, learn more about each other, and set the foundation for the journey ahead.

We’re excited about what this year will bring as we continue building meaningful relationships, creating community, and walking alongside our mentees.

A special thank you to our community partners, The Life Center Church and Moe’s Southwest Grill, for helping make our kickoff possible and continuing to invest in our young people.

Here’s to a year of discovery, connection, and becoming! 💙

God let Jacob experience what Jacob created.

Not to destroy him—but to develop him.

And while consequences taught him—grace covered him.

That’s the testimony for many of us. Nothing grand, nothing deep. Even after He allowed us to feel the same feelings we facilitated—He kept us.

I preached a message on Palm Sunday entitled “I Need The Bones.” A slow walk from a valley full of dry bones, to a donkey carrying a King, to a Savior rising from the grave.

“Son of man, can these bones live?”
“Lord, thou knowest…”

Somewhere between the question and the answer, faith shows up.

The question was never about the condition…
it was always about the response.

God’s ability is only dependent on your response.
Just give Him the bones.

What an honor and privilege it was to share with Pastor Ray Alls and the people of Ferryfield Missionary Baptist Church, The Word of Commitment: Father Into Thy Hands…

As we celebrate the death, because He did die, and the resurrection of our Christ—I pray you’d consider these thoughts:

Pain may interrupt how we feel, but it does not cancel who God is.

Whatever you place in His hands is secure. Sleep easy tonight, because He’s got it in His hands.

He died, so that you might live. And it’s time we choose life.

I’m glad they buried my Jesus tonight. Sunday’s going to be a party!
