With the season right around the corner JTrain2 small groups are back at Industry Sports!

📍 230 Westec Drive, Mount Pleasant, PA 15666

⏰ 90 minutes. Limited spots. $35 a session. $25 for Team Friga.

Every session: 15 min of activation, plyos and core focused on improving quickness and vertical followed by 30 min of skill development, 15 min of live scenarios & always a 15 min mobility session finishing with a static stretch.

The gym was packed with HOOPERS.

Huge thank you to every player, parent, coach, trainer, college coach, and supporter that helped make the Takeover Hoops High School Exposure Combine a success. The talent in the building was SPECIAL 👀🔥

We had 12–15 college coaches in the gym throughout the day, and the players gave them a real show. A lot of guys in the building will be playing college basketball, and they came ready to prove it.

The energy and competition were high level from start to finish. Every game had intensity, players were getting after it, and the overall skill level showed just how much talent this area has.

We appreciate everyone who came out and helped us continue building something special for Pittsburgh basketball. More photos, highlights, spotlights, and content on the way. 🍿

This is what high lvl sounds like. Listen to the communication, every rep there's a "screen screen" or "yup yup, ghost" or some lvl of communication going on in a shooting segment during a thanksgiving BREAK week training session. @aj1tarpley & @brandon.martin4 are looking like two of the best players from the PGH area, both poised for breakout seasons.

For other players, especially under 6'8, if you're NOT overwhelmingly surpassing this lvl of communication & energy.. then you better start, real fast. Bmart is a 6'8 sophomore who can do it all.... & still practices great habits like this, in training sessions & practice which translates to games, hence the interest/offers & the ⭐️s by his name, coming in the near future. AJ is as solid as they come & is willing to guard his *** off & always willing to do all the dirty work college coaches look for in a PG... watch out for AJ to become a triple double machine this year & to make some noise for The Kiski School. by @jtrain2_
