Building homes is serious business… but that doesn’t mean we have to be serious all the time. 😂🧡🏠

Just another day on the job site with JT Roth Construction + NextHome Next Chapter—building beautiful homes, making memories, and apparently throwing in a little job-site modeling along the way. 😂

Moser Pass at Denali is coming to life! 🏔️✨

🎄 Forget the floor plan… WHERE DOES THE CHRISTMAS TREE GO?! 😂
Because apparently, when you’re building at Moser Pass, these are the decisions that really matter.
Countertops? We’ll figure it out.
Flooring? Plenty of time.
Paint colors? Whatever.
But will the great room handle a 12-foot Christmas tree? NOW we’re asking the important questions. 😂🎄
Thankfully, with soaring ceilings and gorgeous open spaces, Moser Pass at Denali understood the assignment.

🎬 **NETFLIX PRESENTS: *The Moser Pass Files***

Three companies.
One luxury neighborhood.
Hundreds of decisions.
And an alarming number of conversations about flooring. 😂

**JT Roth Construction** builds it.
**Paulson’s Floor Coverings** makes sure the floors, tile and finishes understand the assignment.
**NextHome Next Chapter** sells it like we weren’t involved in 847 decisions before the house ever hit the market.

They thought they were just building homes.

They were wrong.

They were building **relationships.**
And apparently… content. 😂

Coming this season to **Moser Pass at Denali**:

Luxury homes.
Beautiful finishes.
Strong opinions.
Questionable amounts of caffeine.
And three companies that have worked together long enough to know *way too much about each other.*

🎥 **JT Roth Construction × Paulson’s Floor Coverings × NextHome Next Chapter**

*Based on actual events. Unfortunately.* 😂

Ready to see what we’re building next at Moser Pass?

I was today years old when I realized… real estate really does keep you humble. 😂🏡

Buying? Selling? Building? Or just trying to figure out what the heck is happening in this market?

That’s where we come in. We’ll handle the real estate so you can keep your sanity. 😉

POV: You found the perfect new construction home… and then decided $80,000 in FREE upgrades would make it even more perfect. 😂🏡✨
Buyers: “We LOVE it!”
Also buyers: “Soooo… can we get about $80K in upgrades included?”
JT Roth Construction: 👀
NextHome Next Chapter: 👀
Me: I just hallucinated. 😂
Listen, we LOVE a wish list. Dream appliances, gorgeous finishes, outdoor living… bring it on!
Can we magically make $80,000 in upgrades disappear?
✨ We’re Realtors, not fairy godmothers. ✨
But JT Roth Construction + NextHome Next Chapter CAN help you explore your options, navigate builder incentives, negotiate where it makes sense, and get creative about making that dream home happen.
Because finding your Next Home doesn’t require a magic wand.
Just the right builder, the right Realtor… and maybe a slightly more realistic wish list. 😂🧡🏡
