Supplement routine update ✨🤍

I’ve been staying consistent with my Micro Nutrients routine, so here’s a little update on how I’ve been feeling lately 👀

⚡ My energy has been way more consistent — which I LOVE because caffeine honestly doesn’t do much for me 😭
✨ My skin has been behaving and I haven’t been breaking out as much
🏃🏽‍♀️ I’ve noticed I’m not feeling as sore after my workouts and runs
🌙 And probably my favorite change… my sleep! I’ve been sleeping more peacefully, not waking up throughout the night, going to bed at a decent time AND naturally waking up earlier.
